We have been taking our pets there for almost 20 years! Whenever our pets have needed care we have been able to get in right away. Dr. Tom Heck is compassionate and a wonderful doctor! This staff is outstanding too!

Dr. Tracy Dutton and Lynda took such great care of my cats during their annual exams last week. We’ve been going to Cilley’s for years and they are the BEST! Dr. Heck, Dr. Barlow, Brooke, Aileen, Mike, Mandi and the entire staff are wonderful! They truly treat you and your pets like their own!

We reached out to Cilley Veterinary Clinic by email because we were looking for a basic wellness exam and wanted to establish ongoing care with a new vet. Their initial reply said they couldn’t help because they thought we only wanted a one-time visit. We emailed back right away to clarify that wasn’t the case and that we were hoping to switch our dog’s care to their clinic, but we never received a response to that follow-up. We needed to secure time-sensitive care for our dog, so being left without an answer was really stressful and left us scrambling for another option. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Cilley Veterinary Clinic. I have been bringing my dogs and cats to Cilley's for over 27 years. The vets, techs, and reception staff are fantastic - highly professional, experienced, and personable. What really stands out to me as a long-time client is the deep compassion and care they have provided my pets over their lifetimes as well as to me, an owner wanting to do well by my pets. When my pets experience health issues, they take the time to explain what is going on as well as options for next steps and treatment. I highly recommend Cilley's!

I have been a client of this veterinary practice for over seven years. Until this visit, I trusted them with my dog’s care. At my most recent appointment, I was charged $577.40 for a sedated shave (not a complex groom), nail trimming, and a rabies vaccine. While a line-item breakdown was provided, the explanation given for the high cost was that the grooming portion took longer than expected. That explanation does not align with reality. My dog was sedated, and the service performed was a simple shave and nail trim. These are not complex or time-consuming procedures under sedation. For comparison, I can complete the same grooming myself in about 20 minutes when my dog is actively resisting. What ultimately concerned me more than the charge itself was how this was handled afterward. Afte
