Highly Recommend Dr. Chen for Internal Medicine! She is/was THOROUGH and Knowledgeable! The GI diagnosis she diagnosed my dog with and controlling it with prescription food .. he no longer has Chronic Diarrhea! She provided me with a full bag of prescription dry food/cans at no charge. For an alternative .. Kangaroo, never would have thought this might just be his Most favorite food! Fees and procedures were discussed ahead of time with no pressure! I have Pet Insurance, so one less thing to have to worry about! The hospital was clean! The medical assistants were very kind. I Didn’t have to wait weeks for an appointment, just a few days. I hope to never have to use the ER, but for internal medicine or any other specialty .. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank You🐾

We love Dr. Gallagher, Dee and the whole office at VCA. They are so incredibly kind and helpful. We’ve been working with Dr. for about 6 months now and my little guy Snoop is in such a better place than when we started. Dr. Gallagher is EXTREMELY thorough. Dr. Brent Megarry is truly exceptional. My 9-month-old French bulldog was in critical condition, and from the very first conversation, Dr. Megarry immediately put me at ease. He genuinely cared, took extra time with me, and patiently answered all of my questions while thoroughly explaining what was happening and what to expect. I never once felt rushed or left in the dark. Not only did he provide outstanding medical care, but he also went above and beyond from a customer service standpoint. His compassion, communication, and dedication truly set him apart. It was an absolute pleasure working with Dr. Megarry, and I cannot recommend him highly enough to anyone in the West Palm Beach area. I will forever bring all of my dogs here and trust only him with their care.

The emergency room was absolutely amazing, I never would’ve expected such a good experience during such a stressful time. My dog was able to recover in a private room, the vet and nurses gave her so much love and support. Thank you for everything. Worth every single penny

I've been taking my fur babies here since 2019. They've always taken great care of them. If my babies were there overnight or multiple days, i like that the particular shift nurse sends you a picture of your baby. Also, since I go to work very early in the morning, I was able to stop by and visit my baby for a few minutes. If you want the best care, this is the place to go.
