Dear Dr. Vitor & Mrs, Victor I am writing to you personally because I have been a loyal client for a long time and have always appreciated the care you provide. However, I have had a very disappointing experience with a member of your front desk staff on several recent occasions. I have found the receptionist's attitude to be rude and dismissive. When I have called to make appointments, calls have been handled unprofessionally: The receptionist often answers the phone abruptly. The receptionist has hung up on me before I could fully explain my pet's problem. This behavior is particularly concerning when you both are not at the clinic. Dr. Monaharan and his wife are the highest quality of people. They care about your animals like you care about your animals. It is clear they live by the golden rule in treating those how they want to be treated because they treated my family not only as their own family, but my dog, as their family. They truly set the standard for all other vets. When I found out the vet we had used retired for 20 years, I never thought I'd find anyone that compares. I was right, but wrong about the ones setting the bar. The Monaharans are in a league of their own. I cannot express in words how grateful I am to Dr. Victor and his wife, Sweetlin. My family and I have been bringing our pups to them for over 10 years. I have worked at several veterinary offices in Palm beach and I can guarantee you that you cannot top Victor and Sweetlin! The compassion and care that they provide to your pet is second to none. They are sure to get you in the office in a timely manner and don’t make you wait weeks for an appointment. Prices are very reasonable and the service you receive is just unbelievable. Just the other day I called Dr. Victor because my 9yo mixed breed, Hank, had 2 giant puncture wounds in his flank. They were able to see me only an hour and a half after I called!! Saved me hundreds on an emergency visit and hank received the TLC that he deserves. T

Hello Dr. Victor, I’m sorry to say that my experience with your clinic staff was disappointing. They came across as quite irresponsible and somewhat rude. I expected better professionalism and courtesy. I hope this feedback helps improve future service.
