VCA Ocean View Animal Hospital

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had such a wonderful experience at VCA Ocean View Animal Hospital. From the moment we walked in, the office staff were incredibly welcoming and caring, which immediately put us at ease. The vet tech was very attentive and super sweet, taking the time to make sure everything was explained and that my pet was comfortable throughout the visit. Dr. Pollack was absolutely wonderful. Kind, thorough, and genuinely compassionate. You can really tell how much she cares about both pets and their people. I used to take my previous dog to the VCA in Salinas and decided to continue with VCA by choosing the Pacific Grove location. They provided excellent care, and I can completely see why this hospital is so highly rated. I’m very grateful to have found such a caring and trustworthy vet

They were so welcoming and were clear about every option, the communication was clear and they answered all my questions. If I didn't understand or wasn't sure about something, they talked me through it and didn't pressure me into anything I wasn't able to decide on. They gave me the option to come back to it later. Overall I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for a regular vet for their pet.

VCA is so awesome and caring. They take such great care of my pig dog (English bulldog) that you can't even tell he's 8. Everytime we go in for a check up or an allergy problem, he leaves 5lbs heavier, from all the love, and treats he gets. The staff here are great. I am a firefighter/paramedic and am very critical by nature of other medical providers, and these guys are top notch. I highly recommend this spot!

I’m so confused. This office was amazing in February when we lost our kitty. Today I called needing help after a long weekend and 24 hours of my other kitty not eating or drinking water and the receptionist absolutely would not help me. Would not make room in the schedule for a returning patient with an animal in need until until “late next week”. When I asked if she could help me or have someone help me, give me a referral or a nurse give me advice she said: “I’m new to the area, so no” Disappointed. Another vets office off the list. Thought we had found some compassionate lovers here.

I have been taking my pets to Ocean View for many years. All of the doctors and staff are fantastic and really care about people and their animals. My best experience was many years ago, our smaller dog ate something unknown and was fading fast. We took him in and the staff was able to quickly diagnose a failing liver. Their fast and decisive actions literally saved our dog's life. I highly recommend them and I am grateful to have them for my pets.
