Stone's Pet Shop

I am from Montana visiting here in Monterey with our daughter. We are in Motorhome and needed a tub to wash our little yorkie. I was not impressed at all. Soup watered down, semi warm water to bath them but what made me mad was the dryer put out cold air. My Yorkie is very spoiled. For $20 it was horrible. Never visit again.

New management is not helpful. Called to ask very simple question, and let me get halfway thru, then interrupted, set phone down and never picked back up. To be clear, I was not on hold, I could hear everything that was going on. People being welcomed in, five minutes later, him grabbing things for those people, checking prices on multiple items, answering every question, WHILE I SAT ON THE PHONE LISTENING. RUDE.

I have been a patron of Stone's grooming and shop for over seven years. I used to take my girl Pug Chachi For the most loving nail trims. Excellent, loving service and a large variety of items to suit! I highly recommend Stone's. Not to mention supporting a local business is the best kind of business!

I've only been a customer for about a year but will continue to go to Stone's for all my cat and dog supplies. They have excellent customer service--sales people areknowledgeable and caring so that going there has always been a truly wonderful experience. Forget about the big box stores or shopping online and give yourself a rate treat and visit Stone's.

We had just taken our little dog to the beach and this was an extremely convenient and great service. The cleaning stations come very clean, fully stocked, and there is an attendant on hand to answer any questions. Highly highly recommend!!
