My dog passed away today and we brought her in to start the process of getting her cremated. The staff offered their condolences and treated me with dignity and respect. They gave me plenty of options in regards to the cremation, selection of urns and other services. They provided tissues, bottled water and even let me leave through the side door after everything was said and done. Price for all services was not terrible, honestly would've paid anything to have the service done anyway so doesn't matter much.

I had an issue with my dog that caused concern for her having some sort of blockage. I spoke to 2 people before I got Dr. Michele and explained the issue and specifically explained I wanted to get a scan for a possible blockage. Spoke to the doctor, dropped coco off, and left. When I received the call from the doctor and she explained what she did (was not a scan of her stomach area, just her head shoulder and throat). I got a little frustrated because it wasn’t what I wanted and I was clearly concerned. She inevitable hung up and stated I cussed her out, which I did not. I had to speak to a manager about this who said they’d ’work with me’ have not heard back from them (been roughly 2 weeks and the issue is since over.). The manager did do a good job of giving me time to speak to her ab

I recently visited to address my cat’s health. Clean place, quiet area for cats away from dogs, free drinks, and aesthetic. The vet mostly emphasized the seriousness of my cat’s overweight condition and seemed thorough in their explanation, the follow-through left me slightly disappointed. The vet informed me that a technician would provide flea medication, and that she would be the one to type up the diet plan. The technician came in, gave the medication, and asked if I wanted the diet plan emailed or printed. I opted for email, expecting to receive it promptly. However, four hours later, I still had not received it. When I called, I was told the vet would likely complete it after finishing with patients, despite the clinic closing at 6 PM. And this is if the vet remembers to do this as

I wish I could give them zero stars 😔 we had our initial appt and schedule our dog Marcy for a follow up on the 21st. We booked over the phone and was told multiple times that it would be for the 21st. 21st rolls along and we take time off of work to show up and bring Marcy in for a follow up and no appointment has been schedule??? So we settle for the 25th and take time off work AGAIN! Before we had left we confirmed Tuesday the 25th TWICE! We show up on the 25 and was told no appointment has been scheduled. This clinic is the absolute WORST. I’ve never encountered this before and we can’t move our dogs care to another clinic since she’s being start on a new treatment. Murrayhill needs to train their scheduling staff better and respect other people’s time. I’ve never been a “can I speak t

Giving them a 1 star because of overcharging. This facility will overcharge for unnecessary labs or exams. I did not approve a skin lab and the vet lied saying it was discussed when the pet was dropped off but that was not the case. The vet care is as expected but I don’t appreciate their billing practices and lying about consent.
