Customer Reviews
VCA always takes care of our sweet pug. Dr. Carla Bernal is absolutely amazing and has been our vet of choice for over a decade. She’s great with reptiles too and is the reason we got many more healthy years with our beloved leopard gecko. Not everyone was willing to work with a tiny gecko with eye issues but she was up for the challenge and our little one kept his sight. Great people.
Dr. Bernal took great care of my high-stress 6 year old cat through his first ever dental cleaning. She ensured he was kept calm and hydrated, which was critical because of his urinary tract disease that is exacerbated by stress and dehydration. She also kept me calm and answered my many questions thoroughly, as I was nervous for his first ever dental procedure. And great news, he didn’t need any extractions! Additionally, Dr. Bernal has been so informative and transparent on many issues like behavioral issues and vaccines. I am so grateful to have found a vet that I trust with my baby!
I had first brought my kitty as a second opinion for a sudden diagnosis of Diabetes. She was not in the best of health which I was committed to finding a vet that would prioritize her well being. It was such a horrible feeling that I could not find a vet that not only showed their care but who were able to explain this new diagnosis and the upcoming care. I was scheduled to meet with Dr. Moore. She not only showed empathy, sympathy, kindness but knowledge to a foreign chapter my Luciipurrr would have to endure. My kitty was very sick, and Dr. Moore made such an impactful connection with my kitty, she gave me an extra seven months to be with my Luciipurr before her aggressive diabetes won. I am forever grateful not only for Dr. Moore, but the entire staff at this location. Everyone has been
Please - Take your pet somewhere else. The staff were very kind- but it’s obvious their job requires them to put profits over pets. I brought my pup in knowing something serious was wrong, but I wasn’t taken seriously- they spent less than 10 minutes addressing the issue I came in for and 20 or 30 minutes trying to sell me unrelated elective surgical procedures and an insurance plan. I repeatedly brought the conversation back to the concerns I had only to again be recommended unrelated elective surgery. I made the mistake of trusting the vet initially and it took me several days to seek a vet that might take me more seriously (who immediately suggested testing and imaging)- but by then it was too late. The minor internal bleeding my pup had went too long and she was no longer a candidate
I can't say enough about the staff. Alishia is always so amazing at the front. I've never come in on a day she's not there it seems! She always has something nice to say about my outfits and my two cats, taking the time to ask about how they are doing at home since I have only had them a few months, even showed me puzzle toys on amazon for my boys since they are so hyper. It really means a lot she cares. And oh man Doctor Moore is the sweetest doctor I've ever met, compassionate and clearly loves animals. There have been a few techs that have taken care of my kittens but Heather really stands out. So professional but so sweet! I've never had a bad experience yet and though my kitties might not enjoy coming in, I certainly do with the welcome and wealth of information I receive. Alishia and
