Dr. Link was exceptional! She was so kind and thorough. Her and our vet tech made our pup feel very comfortable with encouraging words and gentle handling. All of our concerns were addressed and she went through all of the treatment options without pressure to go one route or the other. The exam room was bright, clean and welcoming and had some yummy treats that our pup loved! The front desk team member was also kind and helpful. Overall it was a great experience and why I choose Vetco over the vet we were going to previously. It was very easy to get an appointment and get our prescriptions sent to our pharmacy of choice.

The staff and the doctor were friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to make my appointment the same day. The best thing for me was the wait time! I was in and out less than 40 minutes. I like that they value your time. Delilah is back in business

I love Dr. Link. But I live on a limited income and was disappointed that even though I brought in my dog's urine sample that I got just before coming in, it was necessary for them to stick a needle in my dog and get a "fresh" sample, at a cost of about $135. I should have stood up for my rights, but I was worried about my dog and they made it seem necessary. My bill was $400 for an exam/UTI and that's a lot of money for me.

Dr. Link and staff had great customer service, quick appointment and kind with my dog. The location was also extremely clean! Will be going back for more of my pets medical needs.

This was my first visit. Signed up my 2 cats for annual wellness plan. Both cats had a physical exam. I really liked the vibe here and their knowledge and handling of my cats. Both the vet (Dr. Link) and the technician (Laura) were super helpful and answered all my questions. Discovered that one cat has gingivitis and will need a dental cleaning. The technician (Laura) was fantastic in helping me download and use my Petco Rewards points on my phone (I'm 79 and struggle with phone stuff).
