I walked in feeling anxious and afraid that we might be turned away because of my condition, but instead, we were met with compassion, dignity, and understanding. You didn’t just treat my dog — you treated both of us with respect and humanity. You helped my baby, Vicki, without judgment and without ever making me feel embarrassed. That meant more to me than I can explain. Thank you for seeing the goodness in her and stepping in to help when we needed it most. Your professionalism and warmth made me feel like we were in one of the finest emergency rooms possible. I will never forget what you did for Vicki. From the bottom of my heart — thank you.

This is by far the best vet I have ever been to. It’s always nice to find a vet that sees not only furry friends, but exotics too! It’s also convenient that they are open 24 hours. This was the quickest service I’ve ever received and by far the friendliest staff. Right away, we were acknowledged in the lobby and taken care of. I really appreciate how both me and my daughter were allowed to feel a part of our tiel’s care. Dr. Kelley was so knowledgeable and both me and my daughter were able to participate in our pets care by listening to his heartbeat, feeling his crop, etc. it was both educational and comforting! This will be our go to Vet even though it is an hour away, that is how good their service is! After a few days of antibiotic drops our tiel is doing so much better!

Dr. Scharlet and all the staff present when I took my dog into Veg were amazing! They helped me over the phone before i came in and they approached us right away when we came in person. Everyone was so kind to Kuma and made his visit 10 times better. Kuma was obsessed with everyone soaking in all the love from the staff. I’m so grateful for them and appreciate how good they were to him. The exam was very thorough and I’m confident we came to an accurate conclusion. Thank you guys for taking care of Kuma! We love you!!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this veterinary clinic! From the moment I walked in, I could tell that everyone on staff genuinely cares, not just about the pets, but about their owners too. The team was kind, attentive, and extremely professional, making the entire visit feel calm and stress free. The veterinarian was amazing, thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. I left feeling informed, reassured, and confident in the care my pet received. Truly a five star experience, and I would recommend this clinic to anyone who wants compassionate, high-quality care for their furry family members.

Dr. Sauerwein, Dr. Kotsch, and Whitney saved my sweet pup’s life after we got a prohibitively expensive estimate at another clinic. I was able to sit with her and be near her, coming and going throughout the day and night of her hospital stay. Thank god for good friends, second opinions, and these incredible veterinary professionals. I get to cuddle with my sweet girl tonight because of VEG. 11/10.
