VCA French Creek Animal Hospital

Very impressed with the level of compassion, caring, and professionalism that was shown on our first visit.... which was a "test" visit to see if it was compatible with our totally set in his ways, spoiled to the max, Bichon Frise, D'Hondalow, aka "The" D'Low. He was hesitant at first, but Dr. Goedeke was so patient and accommodating and as a result, after 7 years, D'Low has a new veterinarian. The whole staff treated us with respect and the facility itself was welcoming. It's a little further than our previous vet, but it's well worth it to have D'Low feeling at ease and not under the influence of calming meds. I am confident that he will fare well here.

If I could give the hospital more than 5 stars I would. My cat Franny was a patient here and was always treated so well. They would always give her love and attention. Sadly we found that Franny had lymphoma in her stomach and despite Dr. Beavers and all the wonderful staff at VCA French Creek she declined pretty rapidly and I had to make the difficult decision to let her go peacefully. Dr. Koons and the staff were kind, compassionate and were completely there for me through the entire process and were so compassionate to my girl. And Stella was wonderful in comforting me while I filled out my paperwork. In such a difficult time it was so nice to have caring people around me. Thank you again VCA French Creek. I will always bring my pets here and will always recommend <3

Dr. Beavers and the whole staff at VCA French Creek are incredible. Was recommended by my friend who takes her Pitbull in to see one of the other doctors. My dog Freddy was going in for a yearly checkup and also with some other concerns. All of the staff members and Dr. Beavers herself was so accommodating, extremely thoughtful, and so incredibly caring about my dog and his issues. They called several times before his results even came in just to check in on him. I've never heard of any other vet office do that before. I am very confident that they care about my Freddie and all of their other patients, and I know my dog is safe in their care. 🐶🤎

I recently had to put down a stray I had for 12 years. This place is outstanding. I go there so much I feel like Ms. Stella is part of my family. I just opened a sympathy card they sent for Mr. T’s passing. So darn sweet. Dr. Goedeke is fantastic. The whole team is so nice. I can’t say enough. Thank you all!

Today was an incredibly hard day for us. My partner’s family had to make the sudden, unexpected decision to let their dog cross over the doggie rainbow in an emergency. From the moment we called to let them know we were coming, the care and compassion we received were something truly special. As we grieved, the staff made the experience as comfortable as possible. They were empathetic, patient, and handled everything with such kindness that, even on one of our worst days, they gave me a little hope that there are still genuinely good people in this world. Because of the way they supported us through this heartbreaking moment, I plan to start bringing my own dog here.
