The Grooming Room

I brought my dog to The Grooming Room for the first time recently and was extremely happy with the experience. She looked great afterward. She was very nervous going in, but she came home relaxed and happy, which gave me confidence that she had been treated kindly. Unfortunately, my second visit was very different. I brought both of my dogs in—one for a nail trim and the other for an ear cleaning. The first dog’s appointment went smoothly. The staff were super nice and welcoming. However, when it was time for my other dog’s nail trim, things took a turn. She hates nail trims, which is the main reason I took her in the first place. It was a walk in and I appreciated there was that flexibility. What upset me was not the nail trim itself, but how she was handled. At one point, she fell off

Top notch service.. very nice ladies and their work ? Impeccable! My babygirl came out looking like a movie star.. they are very professional and personable .. lots of love for the animals and fair prices especially considering the quality of their work! We are now permanent users of this establishment and I'm certain that if you go once you will be permanent there too!

Great team at the Grooming Room! Smooth process, drop dogs off and pick up later in the day. They pamper my doggies and I love the them pictures they send the day after! Totally recommend them!

My Kirby is 17 years old and had not had a haircut in a year. They where gentle and took their time to assure he did well and looked good.

Fantastic grooming salon - bright & clean with a warm, friendly, relaxed vibe. You can leave your beloved pet here knowing they won't be stressed & will be treated with love & care. Ludo went in looking like a shaggy, dirty buffalo & came out beautifully groomed with the perfect Bouvier des Flandres head. I didn't have to wait as long as other places for an appointment & prices are reasonable. Thank you!!
