Unfortunately us pet owners never want to have to take our pets to the ER vet. However if you should still need the services. I highly recommend using this vet service. They were wonderful with my Lola girl. She received great care from great technicians. The nurses were wonderful. Very kind and handled my situation promptly. I am very grateful my dog was able to receive the help she needed. Highly recommended and should I ever need to I will return.

I had such a positive experience at Urgent Vet! I brought my miniature dachshund in because the tip of his ear was bleeding nonstop. I didn’t even have an appointment, I just walked in, and they greeted me at the door and took him back immediately. The staff tended to him right away and were so kind and professional. It turned out he needed stitches and had to be sedated, and they handled everything with such care. While he was in surgery, I went home to decompress, and when I called a couple of hours later, they said he was ready to come home. They provided clear discharge instructions and medications, and everyone was so compassionate and reassuring throughout the entire process. So incredibly thankful we found Urgent Vet. From the very first call for help to the compassionate care we received, I truly can’t say enough about the staff. I may sound like a crazy cat lady — but our Rex was injured and developed an abscess. I did everything I could to keep it clean, but it was getting worse and I and my daughter were terrified. At 4:30 on a Tuesday night, with limited funds, We started calling everywhere. Urgent Vet was the only place that told me to come right over. I cannot even describe the relief in that moment. They got us in immediately, which meant more than I can express. Took my basset hound to urgent vet in Pottstown. He ended up with a UTI. The staff was super friendly, met with kindness, had a full assessment and went over everything about my dogs history and past. The doc came in and we chatted again with what was going on and decided on what tests and procedures should be done and what was in his best interest. I was presented with estimates and options and based on what I wanted for my dog we moved forward. I was not pressured or forced to do anything I didn't want for him. After tests were done and results were given medicine and payment were made. Doc and tech came back in with follow up and what was going to happen over next several days. Ive had to take my girl here twice. The first time they were really good but slow (they had only been open for 4 days so I couldn't get mad). Last night, they were amazing. As soon as we walked in the door (without an appt) they had placed us into a room. My cell phone was running low so the tech even unplugged the phone charger and took it into the room with us. They were very caring, remembered my girl from the last time, empathetic with us for what we were going through, explained EVERYTHING that they needed to do and what exactly was done. And much much faster than the last time we were there. All of the vet techs and even the vet (Dr. Silverman) (I wish I knew the techs names) were downright amazing and know what they are doing.
