I adopted my cat from the SPCA and brought it here for a routine check up. Was told she was healthy but they encouraged getting an additional vaccine. We discussed the price and after it was given they said I needed to return for a booster (was not mentioned prior) pay another office visit. After discussing with staff they agreed she didn’t need to see the doctor and nothing would be charged. After giving her the shot today, they charge me again. Be careful this place is not forthcoming on pricing (even when asked) and steps involved for pet care.

This place is so great! I have 3 dogs and have had experience with most of the staff here and haven’t run into anyone who wasn’t great with my pups! Dr. Tabone saved one of my dogs! We see Dr Stubbs and Dr Faichnie regularly and love them! Dr Brown has helped us out before as well and she is so sweet! If you want an understanding office that will love your babies like their own, this is the place!

Me and my girlfriend’s dog had to have an emergency surgery in October, and the hospital took amazing care of her. They helped with any concerns we had, and took their time with our fur baby. She’s fully recovered, and hasn’t been as energetic and playful in forever.

Dr Brown is amazing. She will fight and do anything possible to keep your pet alive. If you need to go to a animal hospital go this this location. Everyone is so caring. My baby girl will be missed but I knew she was in great hands

I was advised to purchase the Care Club plan, and the test administered to my dog would be covered by the veterinarian. She reassured me not to pay for the test separately, as the Care Club plan would include it. I agreed and signed up for the plan. A few days later, I noticed a charge attempt on my account, which appeared to be for the first month's plan, a payment I believed I had already made during the appointment.
