First time using Karlas in Desoto. Ms. C at the desk was very welcoming. It's located in a convenient area off 35 outer road right before Beltline. Full transparency if you are particular about perfection with cuts, this may not be the place for you however, if your goal is simply keeping your fur babies groomed and maintained, then this is perfect for you! The pricing is absoluting amazing! Thank you Karlas Grooming for looking out for my fur baby!

Whoever she has cutting hair in the back room, has no idea what they're doing... You can tell her how you want your dogs hair cut, but the person in Back is incompetent & does their own thing.. We wont bring our dogs back here ever... 👎👎

Connie always does a great job with my beagle terrier, Miss Daisy. I recommend Karla's to anyone. Miss Daisy is excited to go for grooming and play with her canine buddies.

The only good thing about this place is that it’s close by. The person at the front desk is always giving unsolicited advice every single time— telling us how often we should be grooming OUR dog… asking if we brush often and how we dry after baths. When we tell her that we do everything our dog needs, she always contradicts us as if she knows our dog better than us and what we do at home. When we tell her what we want, our dog always ends up with a much shorter haircut than what we ask for, then claiming she’s matted when she’s clearly not. These people practically want a nearly groomed pet so they can rush everyone out the door so they don’t have to do any real work and collect your money. We don’t come to the groomer to be constantly judged and questioned. Do the job we pay you to do! We
