Dr. Bartevyan is knowledgeable and caring, and the vet assistant/ tech alongside her was great. I have two kittens who needed some tlc after I adopted them from an out of state shelter. We addressed the issues and concerns promptly and now they are thriving. I will be taking these cats for future needed visits to this office for sure!

Everyone from reception, tec, to vetran. Were wonderful. We needed international pet travel which is difficult. They helped me navagate the process with all its steps while treating my grandCATS with the best care. They also beat the estimates from other clinics

Took in my senior cat for a checkup, got her the meds plus a refill she needed for a UTI. Dr. Bartevyan and the rest of the staff are so friendly and wonderful. Very reasonable price. My go-to vet for the future. 😊

Their billing system is extremely confusing. Their quotes are only good for 30 days but don't have openings for months unless you're put on a cancellation list. There's no communication between staff, vets, techs whomever about what the pet needs. They make you feel like a terrible owner when you can't afford something right then and there. It's over 2k for the operation, I'm sorry let me just go pick the money tree outside for that. I'm grateful I was given the minimal time to save for my dogs tooth extraction but after that debacle and rudeness both I and my mother endured from them, I will not be going back and neither will my dog.

They take excellent care of my dog and are always kind and attentive. Every doctor we have seen is great, as well as the techs. We have mostly seen Dr. Sullivan, and he’s kind, gentle and very thorough. They work hard— thank you VCA!
