Will return Will recommend based on this visit I used the emergency veterinarian service once before, and I felt my needs were addressed, and proper medication was given for my cat who was feeling ill at the time and it seemed to solve the issue. They were also very caring and concerned about my needs as well as my cats needs. I then needed to use this regular vet service because I was thinking my cat had allergy problems while the day before my visit was scheduled. Something had happened to his back end where he was limping. They still took him in under the appointment that I had booked for his allergies. I had a first thing in the morning appointment and they were very busy even at that point I waited about a half hour after my appointment before the vet tech came in. She did some ear sw
I have brought all three of my dogs here— for regular checkups and also emergency visits. The care that the staff shows not only babies but me, is incredible. Dr. Carmichael is absolutely fantastic and takes the time to really explain the whole situation to you. I love how patient and relaxed they are, and they also are very transparent on pricing which I have not found at any other veterinary practice. I tell everyone I know to come here if they are in need of a new vet. Thank you all for the incredible work you do— regular staff and urgent care staff!
I would not recommend anyone goes here. It has really really gone down hill lately. After being with them for almost 4 years we are absolutely done. They are constantly such a disaster and never know what they are doing. The amount of times I have to follow up on things because they simple just don’t put in the order, don’t call back, or give me the correct things asked for is insane. They do not actually listen to you. I reached out requesting to speak with a vet for my dogs allergies she’s been having for a year and a half. It took 4 days and me calling 7 times before anyone called me back because the people who answer the phones do not actually follow through. They do not call back with any urgency for test results unless you call them. We are in the process of switching vets and I rea
Here we are still waiting for callback or reply… We asked our vet to release records (of UTD records and vaccines ) so we could proceed with an adoption of another dog… They confirmed that the vet got back to them and unfortunately they wouldn’t be able to proceed with us?!?? In our confusion in all of this, we asked what happened. Our adoption lady who has been wonderful through this whole process stated that the vet added notes that were “concerning” on their end. We asked what that meant and this was what was told to them… our current dog supposedly Is on a total of four medication’s (which is not true we have not given any since we tried 1 time they were prescribed) because they made her so drugged out. Screams and panics and needs many meds to stay calm.. Very fearful and that adding
Thank God I had a receipt in my car. Because when I called Monday morning at 7:15 (no answer); 7:16 (no answer); and finally got through at 7:25, I told the front desk that my mother had been admitted to inpatient hospice, was dying, and that I needed the records for my new dog sent right away to boarding so I could go and be with her, I thought I had properly conveyed the urgency with which I needed this done. I was very, very upfront with the circumstances. The front desk told me there was nothing she could do until the supervisor signed off. I thought that might take an hour. FORTY EIGHT HOURS LATER, This paperwork sent. Now, I’m sitting next to my dying mom as I type this, so I’m a little emotional. But 48 hours? When I asked for it to happen so I could board my dogs and see my dying
