The store manager Valerie always goes above and beyond to make things work, and Stephanie was absolutely amazing—she took time out of her day to share helpful dog training and feeding tips for my fur baby. I truly appreciate her kindness and genuine care!

This site has the best groomers! They are all friendly and very nice to both the pets and pet parents! My Golden is very nervous and they have all been very kind and gentle with her! This past year she has had Jordan who is great! I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Highly recommend everyone in grooming!

This store is slightly more expensive than bigger stores, but I get member coupons often enough that evens it out. The staff is always friendly. I don't know if I happen to go there every time they are stocking, but sometimes the back of the store and the cat food isle is a little chaotic.

Betta fish selection were mostly dead/dying and all expensive too. I went to Petco (where the betta fish are also mostly dead to be fair) and I got a good one for 4 dollars instead of 20. Maybe stores should stock less betta fish and focus on keeping them more alive? Or do they intentionally try to guilt you into saving a poor sad betta fish?
