I took our dog in for his shots and asked the doctor how much it cost to have his teeth cleaned. She said I KID YOU NOT $5,000.00I didn't say anything but this doctor is insane ! The average cost for a professional dog teeth cleaning is generally between $300 and $700, with a national average of approximately $375 to $400. FYI I understand veterinarians are not regulated and can charge whatever they want. You want to go to med school, DON'T go the Vet school and make a fortune. The patients don't complain and there's no HMO's or PPO's to worry about

I brought a stray cat here for a wound infection. Staff: The receptionists and techs were friendly, and the tech and Dr. Boykins handled the kitty very well with gentle touch and small movements. Appointments: You have to make an appointment to be seen. Walk ins will be redirected to the earliest appointment date available, and the receptionists do their best to find a time that works. Wait time: I waited about 20-30 minutes with an appointment. The overall exam duration was about 30 minutes, and I waited another 15 for the kitty's medications. I was out of the clinic within an hour and a half, and I think that's quite fast with the large amount of pets being seen. Highly recommend! Being going to VCA for years. Dr. Nassar goes over & beyond. She is excellent with your pet. She is thorough, extremely knowledgeable, truly cares about your pet. The staff, especially the gals at the front desk are fantastic. They take their time to make sure your needs are met. They are professional & friendly. Highly recommend.

I had senior ferret experience end of care when I bring her to them from NYC to here 1.5yrs ago. Dr. J.O. Pavlik was very experienced and offering all cares he can for progressing to end of life care to my old girl. We are very appreciated from our heart. Now we are fostering two kittens and we absolutely chose here again. And it kept quality service and care as expected.
