Heavenly Pet Resort

We’ve boarded our dogs at Heavenly Pet Resort in Temple City multiple times, and overall we’ve had great experiences. One of the things we love most is that our dogs are able to stay in private suites and enjoy private playtime together, which gives us peace of mind knowing they’re comfortable and not stressed with zero risk of interacting with any reactive dogs that might be boarding there at the same time. The staff is always friendly, kind, and clearly cares about the animals, which makes a big difference when leaving your pets behind. The only area we wish they could improve on is responsiveness when messaging to check in on our dogs. We boarded our dogs with them over Christmas and got no response from our messages. We are so grateful for having the pet resort here In Temple City. Our little dog Misha has been going there for many many years and they always take excellent care of her. I never have to worry about her When she is there and she always likes going. If you’re looking For a place to take care of your Dog, definitely try Heavenly Pet Resort!

They welcomed us in and gave a pet evaluation to see if Bella was a good fit. Bella is a 90 lb Rottweiler. Bella is a big baby but a lot of place can not see past the breed. The comments I received were she was great and she loved her day at the resort. Bella fell asleep with in the first 15 min we got home. Looking forward to our next day before boarding.

I always have peace of mind leaving my large dog at Heavenly Pet Resort! Their staff is friendly and our dog always comes home clean and happy unlike some other places we’ve had her at. Our dog has been there for 10 days straight two separate times and she was well taken care of both times.

It was my puppy’s first time at a daycare place and she had a good time! She made friends and they post pictures on their IG page. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for taking good care of my baby!
