Super Pets

Sunday night I went to super pets in Temple City to get my feeder animals for the animals I bought from them. When I went to the area where you pick them up the the employee was helping someone so I asked if there was anyone else working and he said no so I waited. There are few people waiting behind me too. When he was done instead of helping me he helped the person behind me, and she said it was my turn and so he came to help me but he didn't want to. I asked for 30 large crickets and he told me they were out and only had small so I said fine give me the small ones because I had to feed the animals. I also asked for a large white mouse which I have been buying for the last year. When I went to the counter to pay I realized that they charged me more for my mouse which is the same one I

Super Pets is the best pet store for miles around. This place brings everything online about a small town pet store as well as all the resources, cleanliness and professionalism of a chain store. They also have live feeders for my reptiles which no one else carries. The staff is so friendly and helpful. My pets would not be this happy or healthy without you all.

Kinda disappointed with inventory. Not sure if my expectations are high or this place just felt lacking. Prices were normal but for cookies… kinda high. I looked through their toys and wished they had more options. Looked through their store, I would say they have a variety I suppose but maybe that’s why it’s not full of items? Since they maintain with all other pets? Either way, I am used to anaheim/fullertons warehouse, can walk the aisles and feel overwhelmed unlike here. Wanted something and they didn’t have it, tried to settle on other snacks but even then, took what I could of bought at a grocery store.

Very large pet shop with merchandise for dogs, cats, and reptiles. Fish selection is lighter than other aquariums in the area but the prices are fair. Very nice associates and service!

The young girls were incredible helpful to pick the best bird for me . I ask for a special one in cage of many . She got the exact one 🙂
