Went for my first-time visit 02/25/2026. Absolutely Recommend. Very nice staff and great care for Puppy, who actually is over 100 (dog years) lol. Puppy has severe allergies to the point he hasn't slept very much and he has chewed his hair off, numerous spots,from itching. VCA gave Puppy a treatment plan and shots. 6 hours later he is sleeping like a baby. Before I couldn't even touch him without him wanting to itch. The billing was very normal for 1st visit and shots and Care. I am so satisfied. We both will sleep good tonight! 😴 😃

My pups love the techs and their vets! I’ve had all the experiences here, from bringing in older pups till they need to be put down to bringing in our two new pups when they were little fur babies. We see Dr Blair, who is an amazing woman! She loves all animals especially the big dogs… at least she makes my big dog think she’s her favorite! When we had to put down a dog a few years back they were so very kind, let us have time in this room with her, talked us and our young son through the process… I cannot say enough. Also, if you have a new pet, do the care club, it does save money in the long run, it covers ALL the things and every office visit! Cannot beat that! My dog has been itching for days. Regular vet can’t see her for 3 weeks. Took her in this morning, waited 4.5 hours to be told, “Your dog is stable and it’s not life threatening … the wait is just getting longer … we probably won’t be able to see your dog today, but you can come back tomorrow and do the same thing over again.” Not quite sure how that makes sense … she’s going to be “stable” tomorrow so wouldn’t we just get push off tomorrow, as well? No help, no guidance - Just, “We’re not gonna be able to help you today.” Thank you to the vet hospital for letting my itchy dog sit in a car for 4.5 hours when we could have gotten help somewhere else.

I should’ve took the warning when The front desk receptionist didn’t know if the visit was gonna cost me or not . Had to explain that online says first visit free and she told me to screen shot it . But I took the chance and went in anyway. During my appointment They said the first exam was free but everything else was gonna cost . It just got worse from there . The rabies shot . 100% I was expecting that . But all the other vaccines we questioned because we wanna know what it is you’re going to inject into our cat. I asked The Doctor if There was any natural herbs we could use and she quickly got defensive said she wasn’t going to argue and she said herbs weren’t going to help anything because science proves that herbs can’t prevent diseases ( her words) Next thing you know she’s saying w

Dr.Blair is wonderful! All three of our doggos see her and she is thorough, kind and takes her time to explain everything. Our dog Smokey is very fearful of people and Dr.Blair has continued with the process that we know works to get Smokey his care, which we are extremely thankful for. Cindy at check in is always so nice and welcoming. The vet technicians Alyssa and Jessica are also amazing! They are so sweet to our boys, and we appreciate their hard work, especially when dealing with difficult dogs like Smokey. Overall, a great team at this office!
