Wish the employees were more helpful and friendly last time i was in here the cahsier was super rude even to my 10 year old daughter when she was tryijg to shiw off her dog doijg. Tricks and no one else was in line. Picture shows said daughter and dog (she rides all around woth her every day)

After 7 years as a loyal customer, we will no longer be using the PetSmart Silverdale grooming salon. My husky shepherd was sent home for barking. Not aggression. Not unsafe behavior. Barking. At drop off, the groomer appeared nervous. My dog is highly intelligent and clearly picked up on her body language and tone. Fifteen minutes later, I received a call saying my dog’s barking made her afraid and I needed to pick her up. When I arrived, I observed the groomer wearing noise canceling headphones. Huskies and shepherds are vocal breeds. Vocalization is not aggression. Excluding a dog for normal breed behavior is inappropriate. After a hard afternoon at the Oncologist I decided to take my service pup into Pet Smart to get her a toy and treat of her choice since she was working so hard. A few other stops I had a very difficult time with people trying to distract my dog to the point that while trying to do her job she was being distracted! We came into the store and it was obvious that I was not completely ok. The staff were AMAZING! Respecting boundaries, offering any help that I needed. When Frayja alerted to me needing to sit down, the distance and help was a very equal for both myself and respecting her and allowing to do her job. We took our dog in for grooming 2 weeks ago. 3days after grooming her neck was infected from PetSmart scratching her and now she is dead. If anyone from PetSmart would like a spa day I would love to provide it for you with hopefully the same results.

My experience is that they need to show on the front door in big words that there's no cashier until 10 AM. They on the other hand keep their stores clean & customer friendly.
