Mud Bay

My husband, my dog, and I had such a great experience with our first Mud Bay visit today! Every single employee working during our visit had amazing customer service and went above and beyond in making sure we could find everything we wanted. It was my dog’s birthday and they gave her lots of treats and birthday gifts with our purchase as well! We got a reusable treat bucket and will definitely be back for more

My small dog started having anxiety attacks, loose stools, restlessness, and even signs of depression — which I’ve since learned is fairly common in some small breeds. I was worried and didn’t want to immediately jump to strong medications. Angie, the team lead at MudBay (Trails at Silverdale), took the time to really listen. She walked me through several natural options, carefully tailored to my dog, and clearly explained the pros and cons of each. I was hesitant at first, but Angie’s confidence, knowledge, and genuine care made me trust the process. I followed her instructions exactly, and the results were almost immediate. ANGIE at the Mud Bay in Silverdale is literally a rock star with customer service. She cares about her customers and takes the extra time to make sure you are well taken care of and leave satisfied. She has earned a loyal customer for this reason. So glad to have met her and she is definitely a great asset to the Mud Bay brand. Thank you for being a great human being and taking the time to help make sure my companion had his dietary needs met. Great helpful customer service (both on the phone and in person)! I bought a variety of good quality dog products at a reasonable price. I will be a return customer.

I'm not sure how many times I have traveled through "The Trails" and not noticed Mud Bay Pet Supply Store. I noticed them today and decided to drop in and see what it was all about. The first things that I noticed as I entered the store, off to my right was a Christmas tree with all of these adorable pictures of cats and dogs; at least those are the animals that I saw, and on the back of the photos were the needs of these shelter pets. Food, toys, litter, blankets, items which no animal should ever do without, and seeing all of these pictures continues to break my heart on multiple levels. I noticed a small bulk section of food/treats, a ton of toys, litter, food, etc. I wish I would have taken a little more time and looked around, but I was so focused on grabbing some cans of food for a
