The staff at Capeway have been so incredible while we work at diagnosing our dog Justice’s chronic liver illness. They have been so understanding and patient with both our reactive but sweet pup and our cat during visits and you can tell they truly care about their patients. Everyone from the front desk staff, the vet techs, and the veterinary staff has been so pleasant to work with and go above and beyond for our girls. I want to give a special shout-out to Dr. Oakham, who is incredibly knowledgeable and patient with us during this process. You can feel that extra level of care she has for her patients and she has stayed in touch and checked in on Justice while we’ve been getting biopsies at an internal medicine and surgery specialist and that extra touch really means a lot. I bring my dog today and I got the worst experience ever! Some people shouldn’t be vet doctors. Last time I went to that place they told me they can only see my dog if I was under medication for anxiety! They charge me 97 dollar for that medication, i say ok I will pay for it and you guys will see her again! The vet told me yes! Now that I bringing my dog they can still not help her, my dog is and Australian shepherd medium size and friendly when you get to know her! Ok I give her med for the visit my dog is all out she can even walk and barely stand, that medication effects last 9 hours I got scared when I see my dog on that position but I think is her first time so I thought I was totally ok, right when we walk in to the room the nurse vet say they doctor will see her and a few minute

I have been taking my pets to Capeway for so many years, I feel like Dr. J and staff are part of my family. You couldn’t ask to leave your pets in better hands. Everyone there are top notch. Always friendly and reliable. I wouldn’t change a thing about Capeway.

Went there today for an emergency visit for my kitty. Staff were very pleasant. Would definitely recommend Dr Erin Oakham. I was hesitant at first due to reviews but once going in i realized that there was nothing to worry about. Payment is flexible and didn’t feel pressured by them. my kitty is feeling better already! Will be returning and recommending them

I had a really good experience taking my cat faith there they were very caring and Informative I appreciate there time and dedication they had with my cat and working towards coming up with a proper diagnosis in near future and covering all bases for the best care for my cat 🙏
