We went to this groomer for the first time today for our extra fluffy cat Buddy. We wanted to try to shave him since he gets extremely hot in the summer and lies on his back, panting. Kylie was so sweet and helpful, making us feel right at home and comfortable. She was very willing to work with Buddy even though it was his first time being groomed and cats can be tricky. She texted us updates during the process and let us know 20 minutes before he was ready. When we went to pick up Buddy, Kylie gave us all the details on how he did, saying he did really well and she followed his cues with the bath. He didn’t like it so she didn’t have him in there long. this groomer is the best that I have ever used for my little 12 pound high energy Maltese dog, Kylie and crew are dedicated dog lovers and extremely talented. My little dog is always a challenge cause she never stays still and has never had a bad haircut from 12 Paws, I highly recommend using them

Kylie is the best around, I’d never bring my dog anywhere else. She’s so helpful with any grooming questions and takes the time to make sure my pup is comfortable while he’s there. Hank loves Kylie!

My Puppy’s first time at the groomers today and he loved it!! He usually gives me trouble when washing him but she said he did a great job which tells me they know all the tricks! haha He looks sooo cute and clean and was so happy! He didn’t even want to leave, love it, Price was great also!

This is difficult for me to do as Kylie took care of my dog Breena before she passed away prematurely; however, I’d be doing a disservice to the community if I didn’t share my experience. I will keep this brief as possible. I brought my Havanese to Kylie for grooming regularly. She would ignore my requests and shave him almost every visit, because she insisted he had mattes. Occasionally, he did have a small matte, but nothing some conditioner and gentle brushing couldn’t take care of. My pup saw Kylie every three weeks, and every visit she seemed more miserable. The last six visits the price jumped from $52.00 to $94.00; and I still didn’t get what I paid for. On his last visit, Kylie told me she cut his “Afro,” because she didn’t like it.
