Lori is an excellent pet advocate and shows incredible compassion towards my cat Freja. I needed a lot of help taking care of her thick coat and Lori makes her seasonal grooming sessions as comfortable as a spa would for people. I’m so grateful I found her and would recommend her to all pet owners who are interested in learning how to keep their furry friends in good quality health.

Lori is amazing! She helped me care for my 13-year-old Lab who was struggling with kidney failure. With her knowledge, compassion, and guidance, my dog’s kidneys were getting better thanks to her care, though sadly other complications developed. Lori was incredibly caring and supportive through it all. You can tell she truly loves animals and treats every situation with kindness and understanding. A neighbor introduced me to Lori and her unique pet care services. I had a dog who I believed was abused during a prior grooming in another state. He would now no longer see a vet or a groomer. I was moving and Lori made time to meet with me to give me some tips on how to calm my dog so I'd be able to groom him myself until he was able to go out in public again. Her techniques were wonderful. She was very patient and she spent time showing me a lot of ways I could make my sweet boy more comfortable. I was able to successfully groom him myself, certainly not as great as she would have done, but it did make him feel more comfortable. Lori is a dedicated animal nutritionist and groomer. Our dog was loosing fur on her neck, arm pits, belly, and inner thighs. Lori suggested changing to a specific healthier food base and adding 2 supplements. Prior to this we followed our vet's suggestion of taking seven half inch samples of skin, which took 2-3 weeks to heal. The vets recommendation was to add a melatonin supplement to her diet. The supplement Lori recommended contained melatonin as well as other hormonal compounds. After all the time, $ and healing we chose to follow Loris' suggestions and within 10 days there was fur growth! All her fur has since grown back.
