The receptionist greeted me and my two cats when we walked in the door. Before the exam, the vet and her assistant gave my cats treats and scratches to be sure they were comfortable . They were so relaxed that the vet could give them their rabies shots without being held. It was a busy day at the clinic but our appointment was not rushed. VCA Brentwood is the best.

Told us our dog Marley had a yeast infection, come to find out it’s ear mites. Which we specifically asked and they said it was NOT ear mites, which I understand big pharm and how doctors make money writing prescriptions but you would have at least HOPED for better when it comes to animals. There’s no money in healthy dogs, so of course they lied to us so the root of the problem was not ever fixed and we kept coming back. After 2 years and TERRIBLE infections in my dogs ear, being told it’s due to hormonal yeast infections, we finally got his ears cleared out after getting a second opinion and being told he does in fact have mites. Thanks for the waste of money, added stress, lies and not to mention discomfort and pain my dog has been through due to this company’s lies. They just want your

There's a shortage on Vets in our area, so you may have to wait a little longer to get an appointment, but this team ifs worth the wait for the care your pet receives. Update, still caring for my sweet baby Coco! Almost 12 years now!! Always a pleasure working with the doctor and staff! Thank you for being there!

I would highly not recommend going here unless you have an emergency with your pet. I only took my dog here once before quickly changing vets due to their high prices and terrible customer service. If you call and go to voicemail good luck getting a call back. There fees for shots are double those of competing vets in the area. They also refuse to work with online pharmacy in anyway and there selection of heartworm for dogs is very small.

These folks are an 5 Star establishment all day! When was the last time that your animal yearned to go to the Vet? Tyga loves this team! We just call them the girls… and when he hears that term he lights up and starts moaning for his girls! The doctors are top notch and have great love and care for each individual soul. We went out of town recently and Tyga stayed there for a few days…and Tyga became very ill very quickly. They notified us immediately and gave us all of the options available…it was touch and go the first night but God, the prayers of the saints and Tyga’s Facebook friends from around the world brought him back to a reasonable portion of health!
