They was really nice and caring! Got us back and sadly couldn't do much for the situation we had but they did their best. Thank you for making it as easy as you could an not trying to bleed people for money. They honestly care about your pet not the bottom dollar. Highly recommend!

Right before Christmas my little old man broke a nail on an already bad leg. The front desk staff was phenomenal- friendly, kind, and helpful. We drove across town to get him seen and they were able to get him in. When he came out he had the cutest foot wrapping! The vet did an amazing job removing the nail and cleaning the area up. They took such great care of him and us while we were there.

Had a wonderful experience with the entire staff here! Our senior dog had complications from a seizure and since it was after-hours we needed to have her treated immediately. I called to ask the technicians if this was something they could help with and they were extremely helpful and told me to come right away. They took my dog back as soon as we walked in and the entire process, including check out was so smooth and easy. They even sent our paperwork to our primary vet the next morning! Highly recommend for local pet owners.

Came home from work to see my pup appeared to be having difficulty walking, so I called my regular vet who suggested Hampton Roads Veterinary Urgent Care. I called at 4:25pm, they had me in by 5pm. The entire team was kind, friendly and helpful throughout the process. I wasn’t aware that there was a vet UC so close to home, so this was definitely a plus as well. I would definitely use them again and was super impressed by this place. Thank you so much for helping my Dashy. ♥️

Staff and vet were quick to respond to my 4 month old puppy who got stung by a bee. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Gave her a steroid and Benadryl to help with the swelling. She’s doing much better. Made us wait a few to make sure she was all well before leaving. Will definitely return for any future emergencies.
