I drive 5 hours so that my dog can get the best eye care around. Dr. Nadalstein and Dr. Gift are a great team. They are the reason that my dog can see. They are kind and compassionate, and it shows in the outstanding care they give each if their patients. I cannot recommend them enough! Cleo is able to be Cleo thanks to Drs Nadalstein and Gift. ❤️

Wow!! Wonderful experience!! Dr. Gift, is just as special as his name! ❤️He was to warm and kind (passionate about what he does and it shows). One of His assistants “Sierra,” could not have been better at taking a history and was just delightful! This was worth my time and wished I had done this sooner. The cost of the visit is very reasonable and amazing to learn your baby “Aaron Matthew-dog” is going through the same eye issues as his owner- me:):) Our animals really do take on their owners personality and have health issues so much like ours. One thing, Dr. Gift brought to my attention (just like my Vet- Dr. Russo) Aaron can feel my health issues. Our babies feel our pain and they hurt for us! I was simultaneously shocked and amazed that I could get an appointment same-day for my geriatric pup Bandicoot. Dr. Palmer-Greenberg and the rest of the staff I encountered during Bandi's visit were kind, thorough, and very informative. I was given clear instructions for next steps, and reasons/explanations for each medication he was prescribed. For this being a specialty practice, I definitely expected it to be a pricy visit - but honestly, I thought the total was quite reasonable. I definitely recommend this practice to anyone whose pet has ophthalmic concerns.

We just got home from visiting with the eye specialist and the Doctor gave us the most fantastic news that Charlie's eye has begun to heal! We're not completed out of the woods yet, but she gave an 85 to 90% no surgery or losing the eye. We would like to thank all of the kind and talented ladies who took great care of us at the Animal Eye Care Associates in Chesapeake and Dr. Palmer-Greenberg! They are OUTSTANDING. The entire staff is great, everyone was friendly. Super clean. The appointment was on time. The Dr. and staff explained every step of my 11 year old female dogs eye surgery.
