Dr Baumgartner and staff did an annual physical on our puppies, from front desk to check in staff, everyone was polite and professional. As first time guests here I was completely impressed with the attention and knowledge they shared about how to take better care of our fur babies. Even if it’s a longer commute for check ups, my fiancé and I have decided this is our new Clinic.

Vca and your entire team especially Doctor B and her technicians showed nothing but love and kindness to my dog Lola! Unfortunately, Lola passed away at the age of 19 in her home bedroom Early in the morning on 12 September. She will be remembered by us for her loyalty, Love of belly rubs, and all the other things that made her a quick unique dog of course we are heartbroken💔 thank you all!

I have found the VCA Berwyn staff to be welcoming, accommodating, and helpful. Especially Melissa R. who helped me to make an informed decision about the need for flea/tick and heartworm meds without any pressure. And the staff, including Dr. Girard, have been very patient with my elderly mom and super sweet with our Yorkie. Thank you!

Super overpriced always made me wait over an hour just to see my dog even though I had an appointment. In one appointment they told me my dog was overweight and needed to handle it drastically then on my next appointment they said he was way underweight and shouldn’t do that. So depending on the day they will give you different answers. I decided to try somewhere else that was more reasonable and when I called to cancel the monthly subscription they told me it would help cover check up services they now want to charge me an additional $185 in addition to the monthly subscription and explained to me that I just need to read the fine print, but it was never explained to me face to face when I signed up for the subscription that I needed to have it for a year which is so deceitful.

My family has been going here for over 10 years with both cats and dogs. We have always been treated with respect and compassion. Dr. B and Melissa at the front desk are always very helpful!
