I love this location! Great service, helpful employees and they price match. I only have positive experiences here when I drop in to grab food for my cats. My only suggestion is lately I've been seeing cats in the store for adoption but there is no description on their cage stating name, gender, age, personality, etc. I once scanned a QR code on cage but it took me to the general site for cat adoption info but not for the particular cat that was in cage.

I was here fulfilling an Uber order, but from now on, I will be personally shopping here for my own pet needs. The vibes were great in the store and everyone that I encountered was so friendly. I had great assistance from Abby as well as another male worker, but I didn’t catch his name. Everything in the store was clean and easy to find. If I was not able to find something, a retail clerk came quickly to assist. Thee best customer service ever.

My family loves coming to the store. Especially my dog Bear. Members are very friendly. Grooming service is amazing, at what i think. Bear came out of service looking like a teddy bear. Very fluffy and soft. I love it. Thank you members for your service.

DJ is absolutely amazing with my dog Kash! He’s always so friendly and gentle, and you can tell he really cares about the dogs he works with. Every time I pick up Kash he smells incredible and his coat is so soft. DJ does such a great job every single time — Kash actually gets excited to see him! I can’t recommend DJ enough if you’re looking for someone who truly loves what they do and makes your pup look and feel their best.
