Neville is extremely knowledgeable and has always shown great care for our dogs. (Both with boarding and training) He made us feel very comfortable during our training session and was very patient with us and our pup.

My family and I had such a great session with Neville! We recently adopted a puppy, Bear, through our local rescue and I knew immediately I wanted to enroll myself and my family in training so I was lucky to find Neville and Dog Life Pro. Even for an experienced dog owner, I still learned so many great tips and actions. After our session, Neville sent an extremely thorough email of everything we reviewed during our session and even sent some helpful links for products that might be good for Bear. I would highly recommend Dog Life Pro to anyone training a puppy. Neville clearly knows his dogs. He educates you on the needed training techniques, shows you by example how to implement them and then walks you through each step with your puppy. Neville is patient, encouraging and helps you figure out how to best move forward with the needs of your dog and family. He provides great written notes after each session so you can refer back to what you’ve learned and practice at home. Neville is easy to work with and clearly wants you to be successful with your pup.

Neville is an amazing trainer. His belief is that training both the owner and the dog makes so much sense. I repeat his methods at home and as long as I repeat them enough and with praise/treats I’m successful. I had 2 longer lessons and we were able to address many of my dog’s puppy bad habits. It takes work sticking to the lessons but it is so worth it. I like that I’m given an email with a summary of our lesson. I always look back at he email for my own reinforcement. I’m so pleased with Neville’s training methods. I intend to have future lessons to reinforce what we’ve learned.

Neville has been an amazing support as we navigate raising a puppy! He has terrific advice, lots of resources that he shares in his training notes after each session, and is seemingly a magician with our pup. We also appreciate Neville's facilitation of doggy playdates so that our puppy can have positive interactions with other dogs at a young age and establish a positive association with being around other dogs.
