VCA Bay Hill Cat Hospital

I love this clinic, their always so nice and welcoming, they really take good care of your fur baby and take the time to really listen! Can be a little pricey sometimes but you know their doing a really good job, and it’s a really nice, clean and warm space!

My senior kitty was seen by Dr. Sara Watson. She was amazing , caring , took the time to examine, cut her nails. Just amazing overall experience . Even the tech was amazing, I did not catch her name.

Wonderful vet and techs! We brought our 2 cats for their vaccines and yearly routine, and received great care. We saw Dr Saffold and you can tell she truly cares about your pets. She was very patient with both our cats (one was shy and scared, and the other was very fussy). No judgment was also made on us being behind on the cats’ vaccines (for personal reasons) and I really appreciated that too. They even gave a little catnip homemade toy! I am strongly confident that we’ll be coming back next year or beforehand if any issues arise with our kitties!

I cannot recommend this cat hospital highly enough! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by a team that is not only incredibly kind but also genuinely knowledgeable about feline health. They made me feel completely heard regarding my cat's needs and concerns, taking the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and patiently. More importantly, they treated my cat, Croissant like royalty. She was comfortable and relaxed throughout his visit, which is a testament to their gentle approach and the calm environment they cultivate. It's clear they truly love what they do, and that passion translates into exceptional care that makes both pet and owner feel special and well cared for. This is truly a gold standard for cat hospitals!

I had an amazing visit today. They treated my cat with so much care and love! It was so cute to watch him get showered with pets, compliments and treats. I was nervous before coming but they were gentle, kind and punctual. Im very happy with the service and I would highly recommend them.
