VCA Animal Hospital of Santa Cruz

First time here. We brought our cat for a first free exam and to establish patient care for boarding. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They were very gentle with Bubuz and were kind enough to show us the boarding area. We are very happy to know they will be caring for our Bubuz while on vacation.

I’ve been going to VCA in SC for many many years and have had more than 5 dogs with them. The vets here are knowledgeable, through, friendly and truly care. I get quick appointments and answers. Never any issues just happy fur customers! I highly recommend VCA animal hospital in Santa Cruz west side

I'm beyond disappointed. The vet told us my doggy is going to be ok for the procedure for x-rays and dental cleaning. When I brought my doggy home, he didn't stop panting, and he passed away in our arms. It's devasting and heartbreaking.

My dog cut one of the pads on her Ankle. Took her to VCA for stitches. Had to wait two weeks for it to heal before being pronounced Good to play. Within 15 minutes of being at the dog park, the wound was back open. Not healed. I’m asking for my money back. Wish I could give zero stars

Absolutely horrible customer service front house don't know what they're doing they'd say one thing and then they do the opposite and then they say I don't know and then they tell you they're closed when really they're open they don't tell you they're closed when they're closed it's like a three-ring circus in that place. The only people that know what they're doing are Tanya and the doctor Amber but everybody else can't figure anything else out it's horrible a nightmare I would not recommend taking your pet there ever. Oh and then when they email you information they said you two exact copies in an attachment of the same exact thing that is for an appointment that your pet never even went to it's awesome like these people don't read anything and I don't think they're very educated In fact
