The Whole Kitten Capoodle

Our dog was skunked and smelling really bad. With family coming for the holidays we really needed her bathed. The wonderful team were able to fit her in on very short notice and now she can be part of the celebration. Thank you so much!

I’m so glad that I’ve found this place. Lauren is simply amazing. My dog Maui always looks amazing after her visits to Kitten Capoodle. And she is always happy too, which is great. Everyone here is really friendly. And you can see that all dogs around their grooming area look happy and comfortable. That alone is the best sign that you are in a great grooming spot. These ladies totally know what they are doing.

These ladies are super friendly and gentle with my pup. My dog is very anxious around new people and dogs but they were very professional and made my dog feel comfortable. They do great work and keep my pup looking fresh and clean. Also their rates are incredible for the quality of work they do.

Good reviews but as a first time caller, I hung up before getting a hold of anyone because it doesn’t appear they are really interested in new clients. The message effectively comes across as : “if you haven’t been here before please don’t bother us”. Guess I’ll look elsewhere! Update based on reply: I called other groomers who were happy to take my call and answer my questions and fit me into their schedule. The problem is the way you have orchestrated your answering service is does not make people WANT to come to you for service. As other reviews mention, maybe you should consider the feedback is not for “no reason”. Even your website it says “we don’t check email often”. My review is based on initial customer impressions based on customer facing communication and not on the actual serv
