Vanessa’s has been the best groomer I’ve ever taken my dogs to. I have 3 dogs with long hair and they always look their best after a session here. I had taken them to other places but was never as pleased. My dogs were usually scared and nervous of others but at Vanessa’s they were all smiles. They once let me know my Aussie had red ears which prompted me to make a vet appointment. My pup had an ear infection. I wouldn’t have known had they not cared enough to let me know. If you want your pup treated with love this is the place to bring them.

i walked in and i asked for my jack terrier to be groomed shorter for the summer, the lady at the front ask me if i wanted a chihuahua cut i said no but id like him on the shorter side and his tail longer. when they gave me my dog back he was MISSING HIS WHISKERS, looked like a different dog due to them giving him a chihuahua haircut. he came back to me with a military buzz cut for dogs basically. since i am not the grooming professional i assumed maybe she would know what i mean by short but not too short. she in fact did not know. he looks like PAPI from beverly hills chihuahua and i have a jack terrier breed. i took my boyfriends dog here and they did great with the same description given but there was different staff at the front that time. my dog is uncomfortable without his poor whis

We've been taking our dog here now for about 2 years, and we love the way he's groomed and treated. Our yorkie is now older, so we needed to fill out a senior form for him. So they are aware that he needs to be handled differently due to his age (12 uears old). No complaints. Highly recommend. We are always due the package that includes a photo shoot 😊

Omg can't say enough good things about this place. My first groomer experience with my Lily boo was absolutely terrible(different groomer in poinciana). I explained to them what happened and they made me feel really comfortable and confident that wouldn't happen here they asked me for all my preferences and made it into reality they took such good care of my Lily boo and even said she was so well behaved(previous groomer told me she was really difficult) I can't thank them enough we love the haircut ❤️ ♥️ definitely will be back

Love taking Ollie here! Always does an exceptional job, I enjoy the seasonal packages that are offered, and I especially like that you can usually book an appointment as early as the same day!
