We brought our dog here sick, 2 seperate visits 1 day apart. Our dog wasnt eating or pooping and was vomiting for days, and they told us they were sure it wasnt an impaction . They drove up a $700+ bill doing everything except an xray to look for impaction even though we requested it twice. They actually gave her ORAL antibiotics , to a dog that couldnt hold ANYTHING down. After that we went for a 2nd opinion and sure enough she was majorly impacted and her intestines were almost perforated which wouldve made her go septic. $4000 later she lived , if we wouldve followed their advise, she wouldve died. They refused to reimburse our money from those 2 visits. Just a run around and we NEVER got to talk to or see the doctor that misdiagnosed her or the owner. He wanted us to make a claim on h

My husband and I brought in a dog we found, and we were very impressed with the experience. The staff are straightforward—maybe not overly warm, but always polite, took some time there but still, nothing to complain—and clearly highly qualified. Their prices are very reasonable, and the place is well-kept. They even made sure to accommodate our needs. We’re about to start treatment soon, I’ll update when the treatment is done. Which they have been a relief for us.

10/24/2025: They did dental one year ago in two of my cats for $900. I am now paying $3000 in subsequent care for both cats due to Dr. Pope not removing rotting and puss filled teeth. Both of my cats have been very sick, after each dental with Dr. Pope, their breath still smelled rancid and that should have been my first clue. If you take your pets to this clinic to save money, don’t. It will cost you thousands of dollars later in proper vet care. I have reported this practice and Dr. Pope to the DVM association and hope he loses his right to care for any more animals. My pets are like family and apparently, they do not value my family. It took 15 minutes, as told to me by a Value Vet employee, to do the dental cleanings for $450 per pet. If you want to save money , find a better veterina

Had a horrible experience here. I took my dog in to have a tumor removed, and they referred me to another clinic for the surgery. After the procedure, I needed to get her drainage tubes removed, so I called to see if they could handle it — only to be told I’d have to pay another exam fee just to remove them. There’s absolutely no value in “Value Vet.” They nickel and dime you for everything. During my first visit, the main vet was also rude and off-putting. Save yourself the time and frustration.

Shilah LaRuff and I had a great experience! We just left and during the entire visit my girl was calm and they were so sweet to her she was calm with them too. Guess she could tell they care for babies ❤️ thank you for being so good with my little one think we finally found Shilah a pcp ❤️
