Dayboarding at Russell Ridge was very easy and pleasant! I was in town visiting family and Renegade spent the day there; even though it was a busy Saturday they made room for Renegade. And I added an extra play session for my girl to burn off some energy! Will definitely use them again when back on town. Thank you Russell Ridge Animal Hospital!

Review for Russell Ridge Hospital.. I highly recommend Russell Ridge Hospital! My 12-year-old dog Coco had almost all her teeth extracted by Dr. Yee, who even called me while Coco was under anesthesia to explain the X-ray results. He was extremely kind and made Coco’s well-being his top priority. Amazing!!! Dr. Hines is great, very attentive, as well all the entire team, especially Nelly, Marsha and Cristyn, were incredibly compassionate and helpful, guiding me through every step. Nelly is bilingual, speaks Spanish and she is always very kind, making the whole experience so comforting, perfect in those stress moments. On new years eve, we noticed we had to put our dog down and it was very sudden. We had heard great things about Russel Ridge Animal Hospital and they truly were remarkable. My husband called and told them we needed to put our dog down and they were willing to stay open for my husband and let him take his time with our dog. It was a very hard moment for us and it truly touched our hearts how understanding they were in this situation. They gave my husband all the time he required regardless of their hours, they hugged him during this hard time, and it truly meant so much. Now we take our other dog there for all of her needs and they are wonderful with her. We have found our new pup doctor and I couldn't ask for a better facility for our animal. Thank you guys so much for being so wonderful!

Vets are nice, and I really appreciate that they call to check up on your pet after every appointment. I’ve been here twice so far. The first visit was mostly positive — the front desk staff were very kind. I did feel the tech seemed a bit hesitant handling my dog. I’m 8 months pregnant, and while the vet helped me lift my dog onto the table, I ended up having to lift my 22-lb injured dog off the table myself. I understand that injured dogs can be unpredictable, but it was still a stressful situation, especially given everything we were going through at the time. The second visit was for a follow-up and a dental consultation. This time, the front desk staff felt less welcoming, and it was a completely different group from my first visit.
