Valley Vet. Hosp has great prices and is very accommodating with your schedule! They work with you!! They love caring for your pets and it’s not just about money to them! There were many times they still saw my pet even if I wasn’t able to pay the same day! They communicate clearly and effectively! You can text them with all of your concerns and you can download an app to keep updated info from each appt or schedule another appt. I love when I can book whatever I need without calling! Even if you are not app savvy you can always call and it’s never a long wait for someone to answer!! I have nothing but good things to say about this place!

This was my first visit at a vet for my 15 yr old cat. She was not acting right and I was very nervous. I was also afraid that I'd be judged for no regular vet visits. The minute I came in everyone was calm, friendly and took good care of my cat. I was called with results of blood work and given a plan to help improve my girl's issue. I will definitely be going back for follow up care. It's nice to feel confident that someone else can care about my feelings and my cat's health.

I have been taking my animals to Valley Vet for several years now; dogs and cats. The Vets are incredibly knowledgeable, the support staff: techs and front desk people are knowledgeable, beyond kind and caring!! It is a very ,very special place. I would heartily recommend Valley Vet to anyone looking for topnotch Veterinary care. They are amazing!!!

Valley Veterinarian Hospital couldn’t be a better place to care for your four-legged family members. The staff and doctors are exceptional, responsive, always happy to help, and always have multiple suggestions for the care of your little ones. As a hospital, they have all you need for x-rays, ultrasounds, and anything else, as well as annual exams, comprehensive blood panels, and every day things that may pop up! I can’t recommend them strongly enough!

Background: I had taken my cat, Oso, there 8 years ago when I first moved to Connecticut. The vet, a man, was wonderful. Now: 8 years later. (I don't typically tend to take my young indoor-only cats to the vet). Oso had developed a lump on her belly. She was still acting perfectly fine: eating, pooping, playing. I took her back to Valley Vet because I trusted them. I was told by a woman vet that the lump was malignant, it was cancerous, that it was developing along her "teat chain" and that she would need surgery and radiation. Btw, do you want an estimate? They wouldn't answer any questions. Every question was met with, they couldn't tell me anything until the biopsy after the surgery. I left and never went back. My impression was that they cared about nothing but the money. I was ref
