I always have an excellent experience when visiting Gentle Touch. Erica and team and amazing, very attentive to detail and understand what my two small dogs need. They always leave happy and look so cute and professionally groomed.

Best Doggie Groomers ever! I have been taking my 2 med/large dogs here for over a year and I have to say the people at The Gentle Touch are the BEST! I have one very nervous dog and he still loves going there and feels great after his bath and grooming! It really warms my heart to see both of them so happy after their spa day. I have been a loyal customer at The Gentle Touch Pet Salon for over a year, and it is with great disappointment that I feel compelled to share my recent experience. During my dog's grooming appointment on 12/22/2023, my pet sustained a cut above her nose under the care of the grooming staff. What is most disheartening is not the accident itself, but the response I received from the salon. I was asked if I had noticed a scab on her snout prior to dropping her off, which I said NO to given my dog is constantly cuddling me with her face and that is certainly something I would have noticed! The staff not only failed to take responsibility for the incident but went so far as to blame the injury on my dog supposedly rubbing her nose against a cage at the salon. I loved the experience of coming here! They were great with my dog and she looks so good! Arlo hates getting her nails done, but now I know where to take her!

Wow! How nice, amazing and caring the staff is here! My poor little puppy was so scared and he did amazing and turned out better than expected - this is my new spot for Charlie. We will see you soon!
