Dr. Carter is very knowledgeable and was very patient with me and all of my questions for my dog’s ongoing issues. We have been to a few vets these last few months and we are hopeful to have more answers soon, but im thankful to have landed here. Over the last few days i have also called in to discuss test results and the staff was extremely kind, answered all of my questions with compassion and are extremely understanding and empathetic. Me and my pup are grateful to have experienced their expertise and genuine care here. Thank you Dr. Carter and staff 💕

Humane, Kind, Empathetic, Attentive, Trustworthy and Genuine. These words are what I consider fair and exact when describing my recent experience with Valley Central Veterinary Hospital. I was on a business trip clear across the country when our beloved dog suffered a crippling accident that required immediate attention. The attending doctor took the time to explain to me in detail the incident that resulted in an unfavorable outcome for our dear Azula, seven year old Cane Corso. He did not rush the discussion, nor did he wrap his professional opinion around the financial consideration our family had to deliberate. He understood the emotional impact this was having on our family, especially because I was unable to say goodbye to our princess from 2,500 miles away and my daughter stood al

I would first like to say "Thank You" to all that were involved in the care of my "Maximus!"🐾🐾 From the lady that answered my emergency call. She was professional, kind, and was able to calm me a little for my long drive there. The weather was extremely bad, and roads had been closed in my area of the mountains. I was beside myself when one of my Shepherds got attacked by a porcupine. The horrific sight of my dog left me scared for life. I had no one to help me and I was extremely upset. My first experience with this Veterinarian Hospital was not a nice experience and I couldn't see myself returning. But at 10pm (my Shepherds last walk for the night) left me no choice but to seek "HELP" ASAP! Upon my arrival around 11pm I could see so many concern pet parents waiting. After filling

i cannot thank the staff, nurses, and doctors at valley central veterinary hospital enough for their help. i rushed in on sunday night at 1am for a potential blockage for my cat donut and they not only saw him immediatly, but also kept me in the loop with frequent phone calls detailing every update. unexpected vet bills are insanely expensive but coming from someone who has experienced a traumatizing pet medical emergency in the past in NYC, the work this hospital is doing is literally charity work. they asked for a deposit when i decided to go home for the night and i was fully expecting to have to pay nearly triple when i returned, but i actually got a partial refund. they voluntarily shared an itemized receipt upon discharge and shared his records with my local vet and local emergency

Great place to take you pets. I have been here twice on emergency visits for our aging cat. We did spend the majority of the day there both times so expect a long day. They don't rush when it comes to your pets health. The staff has been friendly and knowledgeable. The Dr's care about our cats health.
