Peaceable Kingdom

I had a great experience with Katie from Peaceable Kingdom. I was in communication with her (for about 10 days) about adopting a rabbit named Socks (found on Petfinder) (the black bunny in the picture) and she was great! Katie always responded quickly and was very accessible and helpful. When I visited Peaceable Kingdom, it was clean and very well organized. The animals looked happy and well cared for & loved. Katie spent time with me doing a test date with the rescue rabbit and my rabbit Smudge (the white rabbit in the picture) which went so well! Socks the rescue rabbit was such a sweetheart! I adopted him that same evening. Thank you Katie! We love Socks and the bonding process with my Smudge is going great! I'll be sure to recommend you and Peaceable Kingdom!

The shelter is full and I’d like to give a pet a wonderful home. But you’re only open on weekends for a few short hours or by appointment. To make this worse you want an application filled out and then let me know in a few days if I can come back and pickup or if I have to start the process over. Peaceable kingdom needs to be open 5-7 days a week and offer same day adoption. Otherwise it’s just easier to stop at a pet store.

Wonderful volunteers and well kept and clean rescue. We were lucky enough to adopt an amazing pup. The application and adoption process was seamless.

My children and I first pets, I took in the these cats since they were kittens. For 6-7 months I was shopping around trying to a reasonable price to have them spayed and all the shots. Peaceable Kingdom was the only place that provided the spayed with shots included in their price. If I had any questions I was able to send a text message and they did respond. So Awesome job ladies Thank you 😊 so much!!!

These people are amazing. They truly try to give each animal individual attention and loving each day. They also try to match the animal with the adopter. I adopted my Caleb from here. When he passed away, I adopted my Willow from them last August.
