Looking for a new addition to our family and this store helped us. They also give a lot of information and resources. We love our new fur baby and he loves our home with our kids! Yes he is a herding breed but he loves the kids and protects them while maintaining boundaries with biting. We were able to potty train him within 1-2 weeks, they also gave us GREAT INFORMATION in crate training. Trained the puppy with the kids but also had the kids learn about the dog and why he does stuff like trying to chase and play with them. 🫶🏼 This place gave us so much information and the dog loves our 10 month old and 7 year old! He does not even bark or growl and other people or dogs! He is so friendly with others.

I absolutely adored my experience. Until last week. I had come in to purchase male Persian and Bangle kittens. When I did they had 3 kittens available. 2 pursain brothers and a Bangle who I was personally told by the owner also " kinda an adopted brother" as they resided next to eachother. The owner and staff were so wonderful that I actually purchased ALL THREE OF THEM!! OVER 4 THOUSAND DOLLARS IN KITTENS. ALSO I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WERE 12 WEEKS OLD..THEY WERE ACTUALLY OVER 6 MONTHS. I found that out on their paperwork later at home. It wasn't until this week that we found out my tabby Persian, not the cream and grey tipped chinchilla, is actually A FEMALE!!! I purchased my puppy, Maple, from Canines-N-Critters on July 25th. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the process, and I want to be clear that I have nothing negative to say about their demeanor or customer service. However, I was told both verbally and in multiple documents they provided, that Maple is a Sheltie (Shetland Sheep Dog)/Bernese Mountain Dog mix and that she would likely grow to be between 40-60 lbs. After getting her DNA results back, I discovered that she does not have any Bernese Mountain Dog in her genetic makeup, not even 1%, and her predicted adult weight is actually 18-33 lbs. The puppies are adorable. They could do a quicker job at clean up, but I genuinely think people really appreciate being able tk play with these puppies in this format better than at other spots. The personalities really shine. I appreciate the business trusting their customers.
