I have no words to thank the doctors and staff at this clinic. They are always so kind, and when I was hospitalized, they gave my Archie an emergency appointment for his allergies. Now that I have a baby and my time is limited, Archie had a very severe ear infection and I had to come in unexpectedly, and they welcomed us for care. Archie is always so excited, especially when he sees Dr. Adrienne—she is super sweet and caring with my baby. Thank you so much to this clinic; I wouldn’t change it for anything!

Update: these incompetent "veterinary doctors" failed to catch a lung tumor which lead to the premature death of my cat. For context, we had a checkup on Jan. 31 and she passed away less than 12 hours ago. We only found out about the LATE stage tumor a few days ago and she passed violently from it after coughing up blood. These "vets" told us it was nothing to worry about but yet I'm staring at my daughter's corpse. TLDR: Missed options and delayed responses during a severe health decline caused us to transition to another clinic One of my cats was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism over half a year ago, causing her to lose weight rapidly. I brought my two cats in to see Dr. Harvie and had such a wonderful experience. She was incredibly kind, gentle, and professional with them, and I could tell she truly cared. The office staff was just as fantastic—friendly, attentive, and made the whole visit smooth from start to finish. The customer service here is amazing, and it really feels like they go the extra mile for both pets and owners. I couldn’t ask for better care, and I’m so grateful to have found this clinic!

If I can give this doctor 1000 stars I would because he deserves it and more! It seems like yesterday that we lost our Dozer Raymond, our hearts are still broken and as I’m writing this I’m crying because I miss my Dozie so much. I haven’t had the nerve to even give Dr. Max Rosenbaum a review, because of the fact that it hurts so much. I wanna let Dr. Rosenbaum know how grateful and appreciative we will always be to him. I wanna let you know that he is the best Veterinarian doctor we ever had. The most kindest empathetic person ever, the way he took care of our Dozer, made us feel very secure and my dog was always safe with him. He is an incredible doctor. We are lucky we found Dr Max Rozenbaum. He was very professional and caring from day one when we brought our senior dog for full check up. Our questions were answered and concerns addressed. Our little pomeranian was suffering from periodontal and dental issues at 13 years old and needed sedation surgical work. We were able to address everything right away. I would like to thank dr Rozenbaum and entire team of the most caring and professional nurses who were nothing but excellent during all our appointments. We never felt rushed, dismissed or being pushed to get service. Every single phone call was answered, returned timely and questions answered with patience.
