Pet Supplies Plus Fair Lawn

We've been coming here for a year and have had nothing but good experiences. We come here for dog food, treats, bully sticks and dog grooming. The particular treat that my dog likes is popular and so is sometimes missing from the shelves, but it always comes back in stock a couple days later on delivery day right when the staff says it will be. I sometimes bring my puppy in the store to help socialize him and despite his loud barking, the staff are always nice, understanding and know what to do to calm him, either with a friendly word, offering their hand, or a treat. Also, I like that there's a receptacle in the back of the store where you can recycle old plastic dog food and dog treat bags. One of the employees, Sianna, was an excellent help recently. The employees are wonderful there. Angel did nothing but help me and actually held my stuff for me cuz I was coming back after my dog was groomed. Talking about grooming Robin is the best. I would follow her wherever she went.

Super helpful staff and good selection of pet food with great deals. I have a very finicky cat who needs a rotation of food and she has enjoyed the variety offered here. Angel was also very helpful at checkout!

The location visited needed some standard, updated, and improved methods and procedures to keep up with competitors. The overall vibe was one of clutter and incomplete work. I am not familiar with their staffing and scheduling. However, it seemed to be very minimal. The location does offer various needed services and has a unique variety of products. Quality management and leaders can improve store's quality and experience in 2-4 months.

Great store. Has everything I need for both my pets(cat and dog). Staff is always very helpful and friendly.
