We had an amazing experience boarding our two Boston Terriers with Caryn for 5 nights over the holidays. Caryn sent daily updates with photos, and it was so reassuring to see how happy and comfortable our dogs were — you could truly tell they had a great time and were well cared for. When we picked them up, they were clean, relaxed, and honestly even cleaner than when they stay with us (haha!). Their food bowls were washed, and everything was packed and ready to go, which made pickup incredibly smooth. We are so grateful to Caryn for the care, attention, and love she showed our dogs. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely book again when we’re back in the area. Highly recommend!!

We had an amazing experience with Caryn of the Hound Hotel who took care of our dog Waffles for 8 days while we were out of town. From start to finish, Caryn was professional, communicative and caring. She sent updates with photos and little notes about how Waffles was doing which really helped ease our minds. She followed all instructions - feeding, walks, routines, all were handled with great attention. When we picked up Waffles, he was happy, relaxed and well cared for. It was such a relief to know Waffles was in good hands while we were away. We will absolutely be booking the Hound Hotel again for future trips. Highly recommended!

My dog stayed at the Hound Hotel for three weeks while I was on vacation. I never was away from him for that long and was having separation anxiety. He adapted quickly, playing with other roommates and making himself at home. Caryn went above and beyond when he would only sleep in the living room the first night - she stayed with him. She took good care of him, walked him six times a day, played with him, and brushed him. She sent me pictures and a video of him playing with another dog. I strongly recommend Hound Hotel to anyone who wants to ensure that their fur baby is in good and safe hands.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our three beagles - Sadie, Socks, and Stormy - just spent a week at The Hound Hotel and had an amazing stay! Caryn and her team took such great care of them, and it was clear they were happy and well loved the whole time. Caryn was especially accommodating when our return flight was delayed nearly five hours, making the pickup stress-free. It’s such a relief knowing our pups are in great hands whenever we travel.

I left my 2 spoiled pups and they were cared for wonderfully. Constant "Proof of life" photos, which is hilarious. The dogs were always happy and sleeping. They may even prefer to stay at The Hound Hotel over staying at my house because they were so well cared for!
