Dan has done an incredible job with our golden retriever pup. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Dan communicates the training process in a very understandable way, and is great at teaching the dog’s owner and their role in training. I have learned so much from his lessons and have been able to apply them to our puppy as he continues to grow. Our golden is now 8 months old, and is obedient while walking (heels, waits, comes, etc), and around our house. I would highly recommend Dan as a dog trainer for anyone looking to train a puppy or for refreshing some training with older dogs.

Dan is an incredible trainer and we are so grateful to him. He started working with our puppy Porky when she was very young, and he trained not only her but us as well. Dan clearly loves dogs and understands how to teach them in a way that is assertive but compassionate. We had complete trust in him immediately, and the proof is in our now eight year-old dog who is friendly, calm, well behaved and, as far as we are concerned, perfect in every way. Cannot recommend Dan Goldstein enough!

Dan is amazing! His training techniques and delivery have made puppy training do-able and enjoyable for us as well as for our pup. I can’t say enough good things about Dan, our dog trainer! From the moment we started working with him, he showed incredible patience, knowledge, and a genuine love for dogs and excipient communication for the owner doing the training. Our pup Loretta, was a typical Aussie puppy and with tons of energy and we wanted to work on leash walking, off leash training, stay in place training, and e collar training. Dan tailored his approach to suit our needs perfectly. His methods were clear, effective, and kind—no harsh tactics, just smart techniques that really clicked. When I reached out to Dan for help with training our one year-old Portuguese water dog puppy Stella, it was the best thing I could’ve done for our family. Stella was in her teenage months, and she was so strong and starting to be overprotective of me. We did quite a bit of training with Dan and now she is a completely different dog. I can take her for walks, she walks at a perfect heel and is a joy to be around. Stella loves to go to Dan‘s house and play for puppy play days, she has learned how to be social with other dogs.
