Over the past 7 years, this practice has done above and beyond for my 4 animals. I have had emergency situations that they have been able to handle themselves, and also some at closing times/weekends when my cat needed an overnight catheter and surgery where they quickly and smoothly communicated with Basalt's emergency team with all the documents I needed to just show up and get care immediately. Between annual check ups, teeth cleanings, and urinary issues, their team has been so accommodating and professional. I cannot speak more highly of a practice- from front receptionist end (Britt is amazing, as well as the others! SO personable, always remembers my animals and any issues going on currently and is so quick to send me over documents). The veterinarians have changed slightly in 7

This space is filled with not only emotionally intelligent women, but truly brilliant ones as well. Their kindness and warmth are always comforting, and I genuinely feel that my pet is in the best possible hands every time we visit. The level of care, compassion, and professionalism here is exceptional.

Best vets in the valley. Mid 2023 I rescued my two babies Laszlo and Lucy , from the jump these vets have been amazing to them and to my sister and I. We are confident and trusting of this vet and every-time we go our pets seem just as happy as we do with their care. Not to mention the sweet staff always gives my babies love and cuddles. Brittany Suzanne and the tech that did their shots are all amazing. Very grateful for all of you and the work you do !

Wonderful place to take your pet! From the friendly office staff to the helpful and compassionate techs and vets, we have definitely found our go-to vets! It’s not easy giving shots to a cat but the experience was WAY less traumatizing for our cat then other places. They recognized that she doesn’t like to be held by the scruff and instead wrapped her gently in a towel and cuddled her. I was so surprised that she didn’t make a single sound! No growling, no hissing, no clawing and they didn’t have to forcefully or aggressively hold her down. It was nice for her to experience a more gentle approach. If your looking for a veterinarian that really cares about your pet give this place a try! P.S. the windows were also a great distraction
