Very kind and friendly staff. Apointment times are honored and very thorough with explaining pet care and needs. Walk ins are available and honored and just a great atmosphere. So glad Bella got professional and caring staff and doctors! Would recommend with a A+++++

Utopia Animal Hospital is one of the best locations to treat your dog. I've owned or assisted in caring for four dogs in the last 15 years and by far, this team is amazing. The location odd, but there is always parking and a smile whenever I walk in. They don't overcharge and always hear me out. They even sent a card with condolences regarding our last pet. Highly recommended!

I called and called only to immediately be put on hold. No thank you for calling, please hold. Nope! Just instant answer and background music. Decided to just go in on a Monday. Left my cat half a day only to hear he was too spicy for bloodwork. Vet sold me a depression med to increase appetite. So glad I didn't give that to him. Waste of money. Tried to call again Friday as my cat was still trying to vomit and not having bowel movement. Instantly put on hold. No please hold or anything. Just Instantly answered and sent to background music. Decided to call a real vet instead of wasting more time. He immediately knew my cat might have a compacted colon. Didn't need bloodwork. Just an x-ray showed the problem. My cat could have died, and these people tried to increase his appetite. Wondering

My dog had a surgery at Utopia to have a cancerous tumor removed from his paw, the vet did a wonderful job and he was able to basically keep all of his paw. The bandage came off about 4 times; each time I came back the vet techs and receptionists were kind and patient, even when I had to come back twice in one hour for a new bandage (it kept coming off because he moves around constantly). He is a pitbull and I am used to people unfairly judging him before knowing how sweet he is, but at Utopia they were kind and gentle with him from the start. In comparison to other clinics they are more affordable with a great quality of care.

I have about five vet offices within a few miles of my house, but I will go out of my way to bring my pets to Utopia every time. They have been absolutely amazing, especially with my cats, which can tend to be a bit more overlooked in terms of care in my experience. They are great with my dog, as well. The staff is always so attentive and caring with them, and their rates are extremely fair. They also accept care credit. Highly recommend!
