Dr. Johnson and his staff are the only people we trust with our pets. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, and caring. We first met him in 2021, unfortunately on sad terms as we had to put our dog down. He gave us time alone with our pet and went out of his way to assist us with this difficult time for our family. When it came time for a new dog our first stop after getting our 6 week old golden retriever was Dr. Johnson. We trusted his expertise and knew our pet was in the best care. This past year we added golden number 2 and got the unfortunate news at 6 weeks that he had a heart murmur. Dr. Johnson has been my Vet since 2006. He is the best!!! Had to have our English bulldog (Sam) put down in 2016 and he was there for us. Just recently got another dog for Christmas and guess who her Vet is...If you guessed Dr. Johnson you are correct. I know she is in good hands with him. So if you're looking for a great Vet look no further.

Every animal my family has had in the last 20 years, has gone to see Doc Johnson. I trust him implicitly with my fur babies!! He also never tries to get you to pay for stuff you don't need. He's a spectacular doctor, and an awesome person to boot. We love him!!

Dr. Johnson has been our vet since he first started practicing 30 plus years ago. He loves his patients. He is practical in treatments and extremely knowledgeable. He has walked me through grieving pets and celebrating new fur family members. He is truly the best!

We Have been using Yale road animal hospital for more than 20 years... Dr. Johnson and the staff are always great! Very accommodating with schedules, but also have been able to work in emergent appointments! We've also used them for boarding which is very economical but we know they are well treated!
